Authorized sharing is strictly limited to partnered insurance underwriters, accredited payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required to execute your transaction or fulfill legal obligations.

This platform operates in strict accordance with the Insurance Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10607) and is subject to the regulatory rules, circulars, and supervision of the Insurance Commission (IC). Trident General Insurance Agency Corp. acts solely as an authorized insurance intermediary (agency) and does not underwrite or assume risk. All insurance policies, coverage approvals, premium rates, and claims remain subject to the underwriting guidelines, terms, and final decision of the partnered insurance provider.

By using this platform, you certify that all declarations, details, and information provided are true, accurate, and complete. Any misrepresentation, material concealment, or fraudulent declaration may lead to the voiding of your policy, forfeiture of premium payments, and potential civil or criminal liabilities under Section 26 of the Insurance Code.
